靠“毅力、勤奋和诚实”的经营要诀，他投以几百万美元的资金，将人迹罕至的高山建成著名的云顶游乐园，每年吸引100多万世界各地旅游者，乐园价值已高达近6亿美元；他的挂牌胶园公司“亚地发展”，是一片拥有3.3万公顷橡胶树、棕榈树、可可树的马来西亚十大挂牌种植公司之一；他还在澳大利亚、巴哈马群岛等地买下娱乐场或旅游区，发展成国际性的旅游王国。3 |( h4 q4 E, t) G) q5 L. F- g; x
