这是《劝学篇》里的话。意思是千里之路，是靠一步一步地走出来的，没有小步的积累，是不可能走完千里之途的。引申意，就是做事要脚踏实地，一步一个脚印，不畏艰难，不怕曲折，坚忍不拔地干下去，才能最终达到目的。
9 k3 `, Z$ s5 \* t& W' R 重庆市体彩“春苗行动”正适合用这句话来诠释公益的光芒：从以前的单个不连贯性的救急资助，如远的有帮扶垫江小女孩、救助白血病患者，近的有资助贫困运动员、救助重疾学生，到2008年开始正式形成每年100名的春苗行动固定群体性资助项目，每年固定1000场免费电影进社区，成立贫困农村留守儿童重大疾病救助金，为重庆市1000名孤贫老人免费体检，送健康手册到万户家庭，联合电视台将趣味体育送进社区街道的“体彩健康欢乐送”等等，重庆市体彩已实现由最初的单个善举型回报向群体规模型回报的华丽改变。" q5 Q6 v; O+ h$ ~5 E& ^
据不完全统计，重庆市体育彩票回馈社会所帮扶、资助的直接数量已达近万人次，其中仅仅支持汶川灾后重建就接近6000万元，并援建了两所体彩博爱小学。而由公益活动影响受益的人群从重庆体彩成立以来截止到今年五月底，已成功突破1000万人次。
' n0 L$ g4 ^4 l5 Z# q6 K 平均每四个人，就有一人受到过重庆体彩的影响。这个影响是多方面的，包括各类新年登高活动、全民建身活动、各区县体育场馆的建设、各小区街道每天数以千万计在免费健身路径上锻炼的健身人群……这样的影响，正在随着重庆市体彩的不断壮大而力度更大，比如今年的“春苗行动”，受益学子已开始扩大到200名。7 R1 `2 m8 k1 ]
应该欣喜地看到，在市委、市ZF提出的“五个重庆”建设的战略部署后，作为相关职能部门，重庆市体彩紧急结合自身特色，推出了以贯彻落实“健康重庆”为主的系列民生健康项目公益活动，将着力点不仅放在提高重庆市竞技体育水平，特别是业余训练、学校体育的发展，培养更多的体育人才和体育苗子上，还放在了提高市民的健康活动参与上，为和谐邻里、健康生活搭建了快乐平台，以实际行动深入践行推动“健康重庆”的号召，让这个城市有了更多的精气神。0 `, f1 z; X( f7 f0 \/ T! N" T) H
