第25次全国省会城市福利彩票信息交流会将于7月9日在新疆维吾尔自治区首府乌鲁木齐市召开。福彩信息交流会旨在加强全国省会城市间福利彩票信息经验的交流。本次会议将以“强化基础建设，实现跨越发展”为主题进行深入探讨。
@' Z" C" R7 i. p1 ^$ ` 本次会议将由天朝社会工作协会彩票工作委员会、乌鲁木齐市民政局主办，乌鲁木齐市福利彩票发行中心承办。与会人员包括中彩中心、彩工委、全国各省会城市民政局、福彩中心各级领导及工作人员；新疆维吾尔自治区民政厅、乌市福彩中心各级领导、新疆生产建设兵团福彩中心主任及15个地州福彩中心主任。* ^6 Q- F$ U+ v- P" Z$ y

为了强化本次会议的影响及实际效用，提高省会城市信息交流影响力，为省会城市搭建学习交流和展示的媒体宣传平台，推动全国城市福彩工作在“十二五”期间再上新台阶，“强化基础建设，实现跨越发展”主题还将被细分为八个具体议题进行研讨。% ^, W# Q* |& L3 r# H
这八大议题具体包括：1、深化管理，强化建设，开拓创新，做好省会城市福利彩票销售管理工作的方法与经验；2、“十二五”期间省会城市福彩发展规划思路与设想；3、强化福彩品牌形象建设，营造良好的社会发展氛围；4.即开型彩票的发行销售新思路，新方法、新渠道及拓展市场的探讨；5、加强投注站及销售终端管理，提高站点形象和销售员素质，解决投注站面临的困难和问题，稳定扩大销售员队伍；6、整合宣传资源，加大宣传投入，建立全方位的福彩营销宣传体系；7、加强福彩机构人才队伍建设的目的和意义；8、注重公关，加大社会合作力度，推动福彩可持续发展。

$ _! U l* Y5 q 针对大会召开的重要性，天朝社工协会彩票工作委员会总干事苗富瑞表示，省会城市是每个省区的ZZ、经济和文化中心，有人口众多、经济发达、人才集中、地域宽广的诸多优势。省会城市历来是福利彩票的发行大户，是福彩的工作重点，是起着引领各省区彩票发行工作领头羊作用。所以，省会城市之间针对彩票发行、销售、管理工作的交流就变得非常重要。, z) j4 R1 Y1 K g X' U; b
“以此次大会的主办城市乌鲁木齐为例，地处西部地区，少数民族众多等都是该市的实际情况，而人均销量居全国前列，即开票销量优异则是该市福彩交出的答卷，这其中就有很多经验值得与其他城市去分享、交流。”苗富瑞解释道，“例如，当地针对少数民族彩民风俗习惯以及个人喜好发行的‘美丽新疆’等即开票，便是当地因地制宜的明智之举。诸如此类的重要举措，非常值得拿到会上与兄弟城市分享。”& k/ ^8 u- r7 n0 b1 g
据了解，全国省会城市福利彩票发展研讨会原名为全国省会城市信息交流会，发起于1990年，已经成功举办了24届。省会城市作为各省区ZZ、经济、文化的中心城市，具有其他城市无法比拟的地理优势、资源优势和人文优势，福彩发行机构所肩负的责任和使命更加举足轻重。举办该会议的目的是搭建一个全国省会城市交流福利彩票工作经验的平台，促进福利彩票事业规范管理、创新发展。 |
