美国加州彩票诈骗高招频出 讲西班牙语人易受害

近日，在美国加利福尼亚州，一个由三人组成的彩票诈骗团伙引起警方的注意。他们在哈伯区附近活动，主要通过用假的中奖彩票换取真财物的方式行骗。犯罪嫌疑人活跃在哈伯区的威尔明顿和圣佩德罗，通常选择那些讲西班牙语的人来接近，并且声称自己有一张中了大奖的彩票，但是由于没有合法的证件，因此暂时没有办法兑取现金。
/ r! Z+ l3 H( j" z" n! \ 随后，诈骗团伙会向受害人承诺，只要能帮忙去把中奖彩票兑现，他们愿意分一部分奖金给受害人。但是，为了防止私吞奖金，受害人需要先用一些现金或珠宝等财物来做抵押。每一个受害者，都是在兑彩票时才发现，这张所谓的中奖彩票其实是假的，而自己之前抵押的那些财物也都难以找回，因为骗子们早已逃之夭夭。5 T$ I5 Z" N+ S/ T
据当地警方说，这个诈骗团伙从今年1月份开始，就有行骗记录，直到上周，才引起广泛重视，并且留下了线索。据推断，这三名犯罪嫌疑人是拉丁美洲人，一名20多岁的男子和一名女子，另外一个年龄稍大些，是个40多岁的男子。 d* z i8 w9 C* j# i; ]
【案件链接】2009年，美国那不勒斯发生了一起以中奖彩票为诱饵的诈骗案。受害人帕特里希亚，开了一家杂货店。案发当天下午3时，两名西班牙裔妇女来到店里，声称她们中了彩票大奖，但因其移民身份无法兑奖，想找一名当地人帮忙领取奖金。她们提出分一部分奖金给帕特里希亚，但帕特里希亚要先付给她们一笔押金。帕特里希亚难敌“天降之财”的引诱，给了“中奖者”一些现金作为抵押，就拿着彩票去兑奖。当她发现这张彩票一文不值时，两名“中奖”妇女早已消失得无影无踪。各国彩民都遇到过这样的事情，因为贪小便宜而吃了大亏。
