赌徒"杀熟"盗邻居3万多元 “好心”未偷全部现金

俗话说，兔子不吃窝边草。但邕宁区百济乡的罗某DB输光后，却将贼手伸向了邻居，入室盗走3万多元现金，短短几天便挥霍一空。令人哭笑不得的是，罗某将其中1000多元现金放在摩托车尾箱时被“同行”盗走。6月29日，南宁市公安局百济派出所民警将盗窃嫌疑人罗某抓获。 7 N: f7 t* n" P+ v! ?
5月23日上午，百济乡桥学村板罗坡村民老罗发现，家中衣柜被人撬开盗走现金3万多元。接到报警后，百济派出所民警及分局刑侦大队技术员到达现场勘查。经了解，老罗平常卖甘蔗积攒了5万多元钱，用一块烂毛巾包着放在衣柜角落，其中有3000元放在较明显位置。当天早上，老罗准备拿钱上街买菜时，却发现少了3万多元，衣柜和门上留有明显的撬痕。0 ^6 m7 n4 O( S4 D; A/ J) d0 ]0 t
奇怪的是，这个窃贼还挺 “好心”，不仅给事主留下部分现金，而且还原样包好。经分析，民警认为窃贼对事主的情况应该比较熟悉，极有可能是熟人作案。- A* M5 Q: V) B' @* z
排查中，有村民反映，老罗的邻居、21岁的罗某平时手脚不干净，曾被大沙田派出所处理过，案发后已不见踪影。民警遂对罗某进行布控抓捕。5月9日下午，群众反馈线索，发现罗某正准备离开村子。民警立即出动在半路进行拦截，成功将罗某抓获。
$ D3 A s* A2 A( ]& U: d5 t 审讯中，罗某交代说，他因DB输了钱，当天看到老罗一家出门干农活，就萌生入室盗窃的念头。他发现罗家后门虚掩没有上锁，便推门进屋。老罗的卧室里有一个上了锁的旧木柜，他便把锁撬开，发现里面有一叠用毛巾包好的钱。罗某抽出了大部分钱，并将剩余的钱用毛巾包好放回原处。回到家一数，罗某惊喜地发现居然有3万多元现金。% b. G4 ?4 m; u
次日，罗某拿着偷来的钱肆意挥霍，花800元买衣服，又拿2万多元去DB，但很快输了个精光。令人哭笑不得的是，罗某将其中1000多元现金放在摩托车尾箱，在大沙田玉洞开发区时被人偷走。落网时，罗某身上仅剩下200元。: b+ ]' c/ V' r5 i3 G
目前，罗某已被警方刑事拘留。

- T) y$ T! p% c* ^9 Q; o 市民离家前一定要将门窗关好，上好保险锁；在家中尽量不要存放大量现金，一些贵重物品也应尽量分散存放；存折要设置密码，不要将存折与身份证等证件放在一起；如发现家中被窃，不要急于进屋清点财物，应保护好现场并马上向公安机关报案。 |
