7月23日中午，在包头市彩民依依不舍的告别声中，竞彩专家巡讲活动内蒙站圆满结束。由著名足球运动员、央视德甲转播嘉宾陶伟和《天朝体育报》资深记者杨天婴带领的竞彩专家巡讲团在16个小时内辗转150公里，在呼和浩特、包头两地内蒙古自治区的彩民、球迷、青少年球员、民间体育组织两次亲密接触，在蒙古草原刮起一阵竞彩旋风。

在讲座中，陶伟就德甲联赛、美洲杯、世界杯预选赛等赛事与彩民进行沟通，陶指导常年在央视解说德甲比赛，对德甲球队战术风格、主教练特点、球队动态了如指掌，为彩民详细讲解拜仁慕尼黑、多特蒙德、沙尔克04等重点球队的新赛季走向，此外还根据正在进行的美洲杯比赛，为彩民总结了重大赛会制比赛的投注特点。陶伟还现场推荐了“天朝(-4)VS老挝”、“沙尔克04 VS 多特蒙德”、“乌拉圭VS巴拉圭”三场比赛，并命中了其中两场。
; I2 u7 g0 D1 R* {6 k2 a 陶伟老师不仅是足球专家，还是彩票专家，长期为彩民推荐德甲比赛，并以命中率高著称，曾经2次命中足彩14场胜平负一等奖。另一位讲师杨天婴是《天朝体育报》资深记者，也是陶伟进入足彩行业的“带路人”，长期从事体彩报道，在竞彩玩法、投注技巧方面给了彩民很多有价值的建议，两位讲师深厚的体育功底和丰富的投注技巧让广大彩民获益匪浅。

4 v$ w7 v, ~& h; S: Z 虽然本次巡讲活动因竞彩而起，但彩票却不是唯一主题。在7月22日晚，陶伟先为内蒙古自治区中学生足球夏令营活动开球，并为小球员签名合影。得知这项活动由体彩公益金出资举办时，一直从于青少年足球事业陶伟非常激动，当晚在微博说：“相比巡讲我更喜欢球场里的角色，体彩资助的夏立营，一共有280多名小运动员在这块球场每天训练、持续一个月，掌声！”! N5 { m( }1 i& Q
7月23日的包头站活动因堵车推迟了近2小时，但现场彩民非但没有减少，反而不断增加，在活动11点正式开始时，只有20多平米的万达广场竞彩店内已经挤满了人，许多彩民站着听讲，当地球迷协会、民间足球队都派出代表参与当天活动。在现场球迷的强烈要求下，陶伟对国足选帅、世界杯出线前景、青少年足球、草根足球等话题进行了点评，他对天朝足球发自内心的热爱，获得了现场的球迷热烈的掌声。) Q! ~% U' q4 x& ~% j% b2 v Z* p
