印度欲推首款医疗彩票 收入用于贫困者疾病治疗

日前，印度喀拉拉邦ZF推出一款名为“Karunya”的彩票，该彩票预计将每年产生6亿卢比(1印度卢比=0.1460元人民币)用于穷人的医疗费用。' F! M; v- V2 g* Q

据了解，喀拉拉邦ZF彩票销售一直因涉嫌违规和欺诈而存在争议。高等法院去年进行了干预，禁止其他国家彩票的销售，只允许协会与个人之间销售彩票。ZF在上个月进行了对其他国家彩票运作中的涉嫌违规和腐败交易的清查。据悉，在过去的四年中，由于其他国家彩票的不正当运作，8000亿卢比流失在国外，前首席部长VS Achuthanandan已敦促成立了中央调查局调查此事。尽管如此，缩紧彩票开奖时间的方案充满了关于法律的风险，因为其他国家的彩票机构可以因此对簿公堂。
