周一晚些时候，Bukele在推特上表示，萨尔瓦多的官方比特币钱包Chivo暂时禁止新用户注册，并暂停了新智能手机型号的应用程序下载，原因是该应用程序一直存在问题。这位总统指出：“直到应用程序不再出现错误，这两件事情才会恢复。”他补充说，Chivo团队预计再过几天就会恢复注册和下载。
