今年32岁的刘某是内蒙古人，2006年来到张家口市打工，很快找到了一份为某单位开车的工作。刘某说，由于来到一个陌生的城市，为了打发无聊的时间，开始与人进行Dubo。虽然，Dubo时赢得少输得多，但是刘某却像着了迷一样，越输越想翻本，越想翻本输得越多。就这样，刘某很快输光了全部积蓄，并开始向朋友乔某借钱。2007年7月至10月间，刘某就向乔某借了数万元。刘某说，Dubo就像吸毒一样，只要上了瘾就很难自拔，在Dubo场上没有赢家。他向乔某借的钱很快就输光了。

0 E) Q0 |* o8 H7 b d 2007年10月8日，刚刚休完国庆长假，刘某就接到了乔某催债的电话，“借我的钱什么时候还？”“你现在在哪？我找你拿钱去。”刘某回忆当时的情景说，“乔某不停地催债，我没办法，只好把他约到家里当面谈谈。”电话挂断后不久，乔某就如约来到刘某家里。话不投机半句多，刘某趁乔某毫无防备之际，拿起事先准备好的铁棍向乔某的头上砸去。紧接着，刘某又向乔某胳膊狠狠抡了一棍。眼看着乔某头上鲜血直流，刘某这才害了怕，赶忙到小卖部买来毛巾，捂着乔某的头乘出租车赶往医院救治。后经法医坚定，乔某构成轻伤。

" f8 m' w! J6 a 当日晚上，刘某回到家中，回忆起挥棍打人的场景，想起欠下的巨款，他对自己的未来彻底失望了。于是，他买来了一瓶安眠药，将100片安眠药全部吞了下去，幸亏家人及时发现，刘某才捡回了一条命。清醒后，刘某头脑里闪过一个念头，离开这座城市，逃避法律的追究。: o) \; }8 }: D6 B3 e
为了抓捕刘某，桥西公安分局对刘某进行上网通缉，同时4年来从未间断对刘某的缉捕工作，民警选择一些重大节日、刘某父亲去世的日子，到刘某远在内蒙古的家蹲守侦查，但都无功而返。: z. o& Q! }# f; o5 w0 h

近日，南营坊派出所民警通过调查，终于获得刘某很可能潜藏广东省东莞市的线索。于是立即赶赴东莞市，在当地公安机关的配合下，很快了解到刘某已经改名换姓，在一家歌厅担任大堂经理。当民警赶往歌厅实施抓捕时，刘某却不知去向。10月29日，民警最终在刘某租住的出租屋内将其抓获。
! j7 ]& U& S! _5 i c& _ 刘某归案后，令人意外的是，当民警让刘某签名时，他竟然签署的是假名。刘某说，这些年他用假名字早已习惯了，恍惚间觉得自己已经不是刘某了。11月4日，刘某被押解回我市。目前，刘某已被刑事拘留。 |
