记者惊奇地发现，这位彩民提供的两张需要鉴定的双色球彩票照片，一张是购买于贵州省凯里市大十字电脑城门面彩票站的彩票，票面信息显示为双色球第2006013期，购买日期为2006年1月27日，开奖日期为1月29日；另外一张彩票购买于贵州省施秉县电信局门市彩票专卖店，购买的日期是2006年2月5日，居然同样是第2006013期双色球彩票，开奖日期也是2006年2月5日。

% T5 S( M b4 N0 Q6 ?0 ]0 [中彩网记者通过调查发现，双色球第2006013期的销售期横跨春节休市期。根据《财政部关于实行彩票市场春节休市制度的通知》的有关规定，2006彩票市场于2006年1月28日零时至2月4日24时实行休市。结合2006年1月、2月份的日历，记者可以发现2006年1月17日星期五，刚好是双色球销售日期，但是当期双色球的开奖日（2006年1月29日）刚好处于春节休市期间，因此双色球2006013期的开奖日期顺延到2006年2月5日。于是2006013期双色球的销售期历时10天，横跨两个农历年。, `8 T* [ O. ]$ G
针对这个问题，中彩网记者采访了贵州省福彩中心，该中心相关负责人表示：“一般情况通知休市前是按不休市的时间打印的，接到通知后进行系统修改，就产生了这种两张票上开奖时间不一致的问题。”同时，该负责人还表示，电脑出票打印是由省福彩中心机房统一设置，如果出现这样的状况肯定不是特例，到目前为止贵州还没出现其他类似情况。

' E* Y# C8 `! H; [, ^. G带着“该彩票是否具有收藏价值”这个问题，中彩网记者采访了集彩专家陈政京。陈政京认为，电脑票用的打印面是热敏纸，随着时间的推移，打印的信息会逐渐消退，属于易碎品，收藏意义不大。2009年举行的60种珍稀彩票评选时，2008年8时8分的彩票没有入选也是这个原因。同时，陈政京还告诉记者，目前关于电脑票的收藏，大家更看重的是背面的信息。 |
