【本报讯】（记者 胡冬寒 通讯员 翁恩华 丘丹湄 文／图）两名来自内地的男子买了辆二手车准备绑架“有钱人”，但他们的计划还没正式开始就被民警识破。民警在其中一人身上还搜出一本笔记本，上面写着“绑架随笔”暴露出他们的作案动机。目前，两名嫌疑人已被南山警方刑事拘留。5 [# o6 x( n! }( p& Z2 ^: \- [
３月２８日晚１０点左右，南山沙河派出所民警黄文超远远看到一辆小面包车停在深湾二路与白石路交汇处，一直没有开动。黄文超静止观察了１０分钟后，发现该车还是没有任何动静，但明显能觉察车内有人。面包车灰色，半新，奇怪的是车辆的车牌十分松动，摇摇欲坠，这个细节让黄文超决定上前进行盘查。
* w9 B5 b# w$ B; w+ @ 黄文超带领巡防队员走上前时看到，车内有两名男子。亮明身份后，黄文超对两名男子进行询问，对方对答如流。但那块摇摇欲坠的车牌，让黄文超脑中呈现出的问号越来越大。
0 g+ {0 {$ D; f6 A 为了彻底查清情况，黄文超决定对车辆进行检查，车内的一个麻袋引起了黄文超的注意。当他要求两名男子打开麻袋时，对方神色突然慌张起来，在民警的严令要求下，两名男子打开了麻袋。结果，民警发现麻袋内装有一条绳子、４把水果刀和透明胶等物品。黄文超敏锐察觉，这两名男子有预谋绑架的嫌疑。对此，黄文超迅速控制两名男子，并带回派出所作进一步调查。
' s& r# z, A( N' a' s1 H" V6 W: X. a 回到派出所后，办案民警黄凯星对两名男子进行讯问，对方一开始还矢口否认自己准备作案，当民警检查嫌疑人身上物品时，发现其中一人随身带着一本笔记本。民警翻开一看，笔记本内的一段“随笔”让民警忍不住笑出声来，本子上写着：“今天是个特殊的日子，因为啥特殊？因为今天晚上我要绑架个有钱人，我要成为有钱人，所以我要绑架人，我要还债。”在证据面前，嫌疑人终于低下了头，承认正在预谋绑架他人。
; E. a9 U* ?: l& O 原来，嫌疑人董某靖和豆某帅是初中同学，初中毕业后就再也没有上学，也没有找到工作，在社会上无所事事混日子。今年初，董某靖来到深圳，他不但没找到工作，反而因为Dubo欠下了一屁股赌债，终日东躲西藏，生怕债主找上门。一天，他经过一个地下停车场，发现那里停了不少好车，于是萌生出绑架有钱人拿点赎金还债念头。
; }4 u2 }( y, Q+ p5 ] 董某靖认为自己一人势单力薄，于是想起了初中同学豆某帅。豆某帅身在内地，当他接到董某靖的电话后，欣然同意。董某靖为表诚意，还汇１８００元给豆某帅作为来深圳的路费。$ e0 t9 C. Y; C V. g$ d( o
为此，两人还多方筹借，花了１８０００元买了一辆二手面包车，并准备了一批作案工具。案发当晚，他们打算到停车场物色开好车的“有钱人”。没想到，他们的计划还没有实施就被民警识破。
