最早玩足彩，后来慢慢接触菠菜，主要玩足球，其他杂七杂八的也玩一些，满足好奇心。自从接触快乐彩，其他的就不怎么玩了，原因很简单，快，而且赔率固定！现在已经基本只玩LB 45/60/90，快如闪电，无比刺激。也因此心态极难控制，经常几天的赢利在几分钟内就清了。

2018年各种原因输大了，网上搜索又找到了我们的天策论坛，发现我去年就已经注册过，只是本人偏爱单打独斗，并没有进一步关注。- K/ ]0 v; Y% K" S( ]+ A

我自己有一套投注方法，但是非常依赖心态，忍等准狠缺一不可。长期的亏损导致自己的心态已经无限接近崩溃状态，按说这种情况能以戒赌告终是最理想的。遗憾的是尝试过几次均告失败，戒赌何其难。其实很少有人能自己戒赌成功，必须要有家人朋友的参与，监督和鼓励。遗憾的是我身边并不具备这些客观条件，还是只能通过提高自身修养，加强心态建设，希望从哪里跌倒就在哪里站起来（赌徒可能都是这样一种心态，以至于无法自拔，戒不掉）。3 A+ r) U$ q- E/ s+ `6 i/ @' G

不管怎么样，我决定从改变自己开始，这就是来天策论坛的原因，希望走出单打独斗的状态，在与大家共同交流的基础上稳定心态，当然也希望带来好运。3 ^& h( q4 q. H$ Q* r: b) @0 ^
5 Y q+ `. o8 J- s( g. c2 k这个论坛给我感觉真的很不一样，大家的心态都比较平和（按说赌徒大多戾气很重），言论环境给人一种安全感（没有发现潜在的骗子行为，这点肯定要归功各位版主的努力💪），相信我定能接受这里正能量的感染，早日走出阴霾。也是渴望版主的加分啦😄 . |. p* i$ a1 o+ }0 Z D. ?
