假彩票骗走5万4千元 北京破获首例拼接彩票诈骗

记者今日获悉，在百日会战期间，西城警方跨省市追查，历时20余天侦破全市首例利用拼接福利彩票实施诈骗案件3起，抓获犯罪嫌疑人2名，追缴赃款14000元，两名在逃嫌疑人已被上网通缉。, [; ^, T+ q* Z
, P% Z( H0 I: c# z0 i 9月6日，西城警方接到事主金某报案称：9月5日9时30分，他在门头沟双峪某彩站购买彩票时，一男子以未携带身份证不能兑奖为由，要求借自己的身份证，并答应与之平分奖金。随后，该男子用手机拨打彩票中心电话，让金某自己电话询问中奖结果，对方一女子冒充彩票中心员工称该注彩票中奖275100元人民币。金某信以为真，在陶然亭路取款54000元交给对方。9月6日，金某到彩票中心兑奖时被告该彩票为伪造，随后报警。

接报案后，西城警方对嫌疑人使用的双色球福利彩票进行了鉴定。发现该彩票采用挖补、粘贴的方式，将彩票销售日期和开奖日期的数字进行了更改，伪造成当期中奖彩票。这是一种新型诈骗手段，在全国破获的假彩票诈骗案件中，嫌疑人以广东清远籍为主。针对此情况，西城警方立即抽调精干侦查员赴广东清远市开展异地侦查。+ K% `" N2 |% e9 j

在广东清远市公安机关的配合下，侦查员先后转战广州、东莞、惠州和清远四城市之间，历时20余天终于确定了该案主要犯罪嫌疑人郑中电、郑从铝、钟莹莹、郑清的身份和落脚点。在连续守候了4天后，11月1日傍晚19时许，侦查员将嫌疑人郑从铝抓获。次日凌晨1时，将嫌疑人钟莹莹抓获。犯罪嫌疑人郑中电、郑清逃跑。8 I' m9 X1 f- E! Q; l6 D
" _+ C# B$ L; g" E 经讯问，郑从铝、钟莹莹对伙同郑中电、郑清在门头沟区双峪环岛彩票中心门前使用拼接的假彩票诈骗金先生54000余元的犯罪事实供认不讳。
