根据Financial Times的报导，法国第三大银行法国兴业银行(Société Générale)在老牌加密货币交易所Bitstamp' A* X! W) m6 P: W. B
推出自己的稳定币EURCV(EUR Coin Vertible)。
/ v; Q" R$ N4 u% d. J- qEURCV是发行在以太坊上的欧元稳定币，目前流通金额为1,050万欧元，以法国兴业银行的欧元现金存款百分之; ?8 Z N0 q7 D+ F5 n
百抵押，由第三方管理的信托持有，并由区块链安全审计机构HACKEN审计。
) e) i" m% T) J稳定币是一种数字现金形式，可以追踪主权货币，使加密货币交易者更容易在市场上买卖。比特币等加密货币的 z5 z0 t, t! t6 h b0 I
大部分交易都是透过与美元挂钩的稳定币完成的。而目前1,300亿美元的稳定币市场由在英属维尔京群岛注册的1 U% Q9 _) k0 M! s
