李晓勇：身为主帅无绝对权利 离开是无奈之举

[p=30, 2, left]自李晓勇上任之初，就传出队内队员不和、队员与教练员闹矛盾等诸多问题。对于辞职一事，李晓勇表示，“我也不想离开队伍，但是没办法，我作为教练员没有权力去摆平这些事，所以辞职也是没有办法的事。”[/p][p=30, 2, left]李晓勇在上任之初曾在一场比赛的赛后发布会上表示，对于辽宁女篮内部出现的不团结现象“要开始动刀”了。但这“刀”最终还是没有动。“辞职的具体原因大家应该都知道，作为教练员我没有足够的权力去应对这些事，在队员面前也就无法树立自己的威信，这让我没有办法继续做下去。”[/p][p=30, 2, left]李晓勇谈起自己的辞职，显得很激动，他表示：“就我个人来说，当初一门心思要把这支女篮带好，带出头，加入辽宁女篮也是想在自己的篮球事业上能够更进一步，这是自己的事业，谁不想尽心尽力去做呢，如果说我因为能力不行，因为成绩问题"下课"我也认了，但我现在特别累，特别失望，就这么走了我也很难受，谁不想带出一支好队伍来呢。”对于辞职的真正原因，李晓勇最大的感受是自己没有被赋予一个教练员应有的权力，队员的有些行为也让他无可奈何。[/p][p=30, 2, left]执教辽宁女篮期间，李晓勇由当初的雄心勃发到现在的黯然神伤，经历了这许多是是非非，对于真性情的李晓勇来说，能坚持到现在已经很不容易了。“我也不想离开，这么好的一个事业我很想把它继续下去，但有些事情是我无法左右的，最后不得不选择辞职。”下一步，李晓勇有怎样打算？他说，自己还在家等待篮协的通知，“可能会去带一个少年队吧，我不会离开篮球的，不管在哪，篮球都是我的事业。”[/p] |
