近日，上海市福彩中心发出公告寻找双色球千万大奖得主，这位“失主”是于4月12日以10元中得双色球1000万元头奖，但超过一个月仍无任何音讯，若他未能在6月10日前办理兑奖手续，那么这1000万元头奖便会成为弃奖，奖金将滚入福彩公益金。
