比推消息，美国两大交易所 Cboe BZX 和 NYSE Arca 已向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）提交了修改上市标准的提案，旨在大幅简化和加速加密货币交易所交易基金（ETF）的上市流程。
根据现有规定，交易所为每只加密ETF提交 19b-4表格，这会启动长达 240天 的审核期。Cboe BZX 提议修改规则，允许符合特定要求（如提议的Rule 14.11(e)(4)）的商品型信托份额进行 通用上市和交易。这意味着，一旦新标准获批，符合条件的加密ETP将无需每次都进行单独的19b-4申请，从而显著缩短审批时间。
交易所方面表示，此举将“显著减少将这些证券推向市场的时间和成本”，并促进发行方之间的市场竞争，最终惠及投资者。SEC 对此提案的最快审批或否决结果可能在约 21天内 出炉，最迟不超过240天。
值得注意的是，就在周二，SEC 刚刚批准了现货比特币和以太坊ETF的 实物赎回 模式，并提高了比特币基金的期权头寸限制。
