比推消息，美国曼哈顿联邦法官 Jeannette Vargas 驳回了一起民事诉讼，该案试图追究币安及创始人 CZ 责任，指控其交易活动帮助恐怖组织实施全球袭击。
法官认为，535 名原告（包括受害者及其家属）未能合理说明被告“有意与恐怖袭击勾结、参与实施或通过其行为确保袭击成功”。原告指控袭击发生于 2017 至 2024 年，由哈马斯、真主党、伊朗革命卫队、ISIS、卡泰布真主党、巴勒斯坦伊斯兰圣战组织及基地组织等外部恐怖组织实施，并试图将数亿美元加密货币及与伊朗用户的交易归责于币安和 CZ。
法官指出，币安和 CZ 虽可能对交易所的潜在恐怖融资作用有所了解，但他们与恐怖组织的关系仅限于“其或其关联方在币安上拥有账户并以公平交易方式进行交易”。法官还批评了原告 891 页、3,189 段的诉状“完全不必要”，但允许其进行修改。币安发言人表示：“法院正确驳回了这些毫无根据的指控。币安严格遵守合规要求，对平台上的不法行为零容忍。” CZ 亦称原告试图借 2023 年 11 月 Binance 承认违反反洗钱及制裁法律并支付 43.2 亿美元刑罚一事，以获取三倍赔偿。
