浙江在线12月20日讯 12月13日晚，衢州市柯城区一住房内发生火灾，造成9人死亡两人受伤。公安、消防迅速展开调查。12月17日晚，衢州市公安局认定，“12·13”纵火案系DB人员徐水英所为，而她本人已在火灾中丧生。

事发现场位于衢州柯城区一栋9层住宅楼内，着火房间位于104室。
5 G) p% i% Q8 L4 d' \5 m 家住隔壁的一位阿婆说，104室是一间出租房，里面长期有人DB，“人来人往的，听说赌资很大。”/ L# ]1 r- |9 d' g" B! a
其实，这是小区里公开的秘密，很多居民索性将“104室”称呼为棋牌房。" f9 Q! {7 w" b1 j% O
邻居说，他们经常听到楼里的麻将声，怀疑有人在此聚众DB。因不堪骚扰，有居民曾拨打110报警。 P2 ]- A" U: X9 n
一位目击者称，事发当晚，在104室10多平方米的客厅内，6名遇难者遗体横七竖八地倒在两张烧损的麻将桌边，其余遇难的3人，一人在卫生间、一人在客厅和餐厅的通道遇难、第三人在靠近阳台处。“真是惨不忍睹啊。”( }2 R% A* ?8 ~' \' x
据透露，当晚7时47分，53岁的徐水英携桶装汽油冲入104室。她先把汽油倒入红色塑料水桶，然后向北侧房内的麻友泼洒并引火点燃，瞬间引发了大火。
( f+ U* i4 a& C$ a, Y 徐水英的家原本在柯城区西河沿49号。因为住房拆迁，几年前，徐水英一家搬到了柯城区万田乡坞石村。她和丈夫在村里租了一块地，养了十几头猪。
! e' x/ v1 x a7 S$ D1 V8 I “他们家的日子原本过得不错。”对于徐水英的死，村民们一阵唏嘘。在大家印象中，徐水英为人还不错，性格也挺好的。可自从迷上了麻将后，就不太喜欢和村民接触。
# s- o" @( O3 d' N J9 i 坞石村村支书程志忠说，徐水英染上打麻将后，平常打交道的就是这些麻友。
3 K" [7 }8 i9 k# f 为什么她要选择如此极端的方式，和麻友同归于尽呢？ G/ k o6 _$ f
警方调查发现，平日一直温顺的徐水英最终与麻友产生积怨，遂萌生了厌世泄愤的情绪。
7 G6 i$ i7 J; r* L “好端端的一个家，就这么毁了！”程志忠说，“一到农闲季节，DB会成为一种大众化的消遣方式，一些人聚众DB通宵达旦，乐此不疲。”2 c' R1 g) _# N3 s8 m6 Z, O! ]# L
DB的危害性不容小觑。连日来，我省各地都有发生农民工因为DB输光一年血汗钱，导致家庭悲剧的教训，有的甚至因此而引发刑事案件。
" o3 E' }; w$ ~$ {( ^4 n 12月12日，武义人徐伟为了还上因DB欠下的十几万元债款，不惜对自己的亲人下手，绑架了堂哥9岁的儿子。他把孩子全身捆绑着，残忍地推下了山崖……: u W% Q2 c) n$ C2 [/ Y9 _, O# @
元旦、春节临近，大量外出人员返回村里，DB等陋习容易高发，成为岁末影响社会稳定的不和谐因素，各地党委、ZF需高度重视、严加防范。 |
