去年海南查破涉赌案件1800起 116人被刑事拘留

记者25日从在此间召开的全省禁赌工作会议上了解到，2010年，海南省各级公安机关采取强有力的工作措施，持续开展禁赌专项整治行动，破涉赌案件1800起，刑事拘留116人。

W0 s2 |( E" q 据海南省公安厅公布消息称，2010年度共出动警力38183人次、车辆7963辆次，清查重点场所17954处次；共查破涉赌案件1800起，其中破获涉赌刑事案件20起，查处涉赌治安案件1780起；抓获涉赌人员5739人,其中劳动教养6人，刑事拘留116人，逮捕88人，判刑40人，行政拘留2690人，罚款2799人；共打掉涉赌犯罪团伙14个，捣毁网络DB窝点20个，查处DB庄家和代理人141人，收缴赌资人民币319.8万元；取缔销售“私彩”摊点357个；缴获各种赌具3332件。各地共查处“私彩”DB治安案件87起，收缴销毁“私彩”材料6000余册，“私彩”图纸7000余张。
R( S B' z) L5 ~ 据介绍，海南省公安厅通过禁赌举报网站、信访渠道和电话举报等多种渠道，接受群众举报，收集涉赌线索。2010年以来，共接群众举报涉赌线索192条，其中海口、文昌、三亚、琼海、儋州、澄迈等市县举报较多。省公安厅治安总队针对群众多次举报的涉DC所组织人员加大暗访力度，采取经暗访核实后，现场督办当地公安机关查处的做法，共督办查处涉DC所8个，抓获涉赌人员43人，收缴赌资人民币48575元，扣押牌机105台等赌具一批，起到了一定的震慑作用，收到了较好的效果。
0 @% B3 V1 E/ ?2 I, A2 X! y" R 海南省公安厅有关负责人表示，去年在禁赌专项行动中，各地严格实行责任倒查追究制度，坚持属地管理原则，对禁赌工作不力，辖区内DB问题突出，长期得不到整治，或对DB违法犯罪活动失察、放任的，严肃追究领导和相关人员责任。2010年，各市县公安局因涉赌问题判刑1人、免职6人、停职5人、行政警告2人、行政记过1人。 |
