创业容易守业难！这是天朝历史上家天下的悲叹。在市场经济的今天，世袭的“家财富”同样面临着守业的困惑和艰难。根本原因就在于，很多“富二代”更像是扶不起来的刘阿斗。从“富二代”的父辈们到整个社会，已经意识到了这个问题，并且启动了形形色色的恶补教育。不少重点大学，都专门开设了针对“富二代”的财税、贸易、市场、上市等商业课程。还有些时髦的课程予以强化“富二代”的修养，譬如骑马、高尔夫、国标舞乃至国学等。有些“富二代”的培训，广告诱人，学费不菲，看似很牛，实则浮华。因为即使这些教育能够很好地将“富二代”们培育成商界牛人和学养交际丰厚者，也是把这些“富二代”驯化为既富又贵的“精英人士”。终其一点，这样的培训是贵族化的包装和涵化。
