广西男子Dubo输钱绑架小学生勒索 警方解救人质

中新网桂林3月21日电 (刘传勇 赵荣)广西桂林市荔浦县警方通报，该县警方近日成功速破一起绑架小学生案件，抓获犯罪嫌疑人，成功解救人质。
, n% {9 E. t4 a1 `: t; @ u据介绍，3月17日上午8时50分许，荔浦县公安局刑侦大队值班民警接到辖区居民闭某报称：儿子李某(男，8岁，系荔城镇一小学生)于当天早上在上学的途中被人绑架，绑匪在电话里向她勒索1万元人民币赎金。
/ p) ?9 E7 d+ j* t6 z' H: k9 m案情重大，绑匪目的是通过绑架学龄儿童向受害人家属勒索金钱，小孩随时会受到生命危险。警方立即展开侦破工作，荔浦县县长刘迎春与荔浦县副县长、公安局长雷桂生亲自坐阵指挥，要求采取非常措施，迅速侦破，确保人质安全。警方一方面利用“天网工程”调取录像资料分析绑匪沿途路线，另一方面立即组织警力在荔城镇进行走访排查。经过侦查人员细致摸排、缜密调查，很快锁定嫌疑人田某的行踪。
8 }( l0 k q2 E3 o2 R" ~; g5 f随后，按照受害人家属与嫌疑人约定的交钱地点，侦查员守侯伏击。当日10时30分许，当受害人家属将赎金交给嫌疑人的那一瞬间，侦查员将犯罪嫌疑人田某当场抓获，缴获其勒索的赎金1万元，并将人质李某成功解救。4 y2 ~, `1 A7 w! F& S0 s* P& E
经审讯，今年27岁犯罪嫌疑人田某因Dubo输了钱，手头拮据，加之前几日其母亲曾问其要钱用，田某遂产生绑架小孩勒索钱财的念头。为了便于实施绑架，田某于3月16日中午以虚假身份在荔浦县城一联通公司特意办理了一张电话卡。3月17日早上7时30分许，田某某在荔浦县城一小学附近寻找机会，看到一个小男孩单独去上学，于是走向前以语言威胁将小男孩李某绑架至荔城镇金蕾桥附近，并向其索要家长电话，用买来的电话卡打李某家长的电话勒索赎金1万元，威胁李某家长不许报警，否则就撕票。田某没有想到，赎金拿到手上还没热就被当地警方抓获。 |
