谎言还是炒作？海清签名中奖彩票真实性调查

小小一张搏中双色球三等奖的彩票，却因为上面的两个签名引发了网民和各大媒体的关注。北京日报集团网彩票频道主编谢永利称：“这件事有媒体炒作的嫌疑。”究竟这“无效门”是真是假？海清海波是否真有在彩票上签字？这有签名的彩票到底能否兑奖？记者对此进行了相关调查。
3 w2 G0 L1 p/ I4 {5 b: T y% v- m记者首先联系到了黄海波，经他证实，当时在彩博的新闻发布会上的确有名男子拿了张彩票找自己和海清签名，“在签名的时候还担心有签名会不会影响兑奖，所以特意签在了空白的地方”。后来在网上看到说这张彩票中了三等奖，但是因为签名的存在没法兑奖，“纠结了很久”，他还同时在官方微博和彩博上都作出了回应，“我相信彩票业的公信力，肯定会有解决的办法。”9 V. a( a! Y' |0 s' x2 S% d
由于签名事件发生在第一彩彩博的新闻发布会上，记者随后联系了第一彩网站的有关负责人。该负责人表示，在媒体爆出事件以后第一彩及时对此进行了调查，“这张彩票最早是由名为‘浮云’的彩民在彩博上发的照片开始传开的。有工作人员证实，在发布会现场的确有人找海清和海波签了名”，但是“由于现场人比较多，我们现在难以确认这个人的身份。唯一可以肯定的是此人并非第一彩博的工作人员”。而关于这张中奖的彩票是否就是当时海清和黄海波签名的那张，该负责人称第一彩方面“无法对此作出确认”。目前，北京福彩中心已经发布回应，明星签名的这张彩票，从的照片来看，并没有损坏和涂改，能清晰的识别中奖信息，完全可以兑奖。$ \- x3 }4 W# @6 x7 ? 在昨日举行的《2011娱乐大典》上，黄海波曾笑言：“我和莫小淇结婚的快慢全靠你们媒体了，你们都捧我，别写我们的负面，就结婚的快了。所以，拜托了！”而第一彩博的负责人也在此呼吁：“希望某些媒体不要借此大肆炒作。这件事对海清和海波已经带来了很大的困扰，请不要影响他们的正常工作和生活！”
