原本是应邀出来谈生意的，结果期间喝了一罐对方递来的红牛饮料后，宁某迷迷糊糊地上了赌桌，2小时内输掉1.5万元。当他回家洗了一个澡神志清醒过来后，惊觉自己可能坠入了骗局。事后，警方根据宁某提供的信息，抓获4名嫌疑人，并从这些人身上搜出一瓶还没用完的迷药及另一瓶已用完的迷药空瓶。4月24日，落网的4名嫌疑人被刑拘。

! v9 \6 A8 q- t' x 宁某来到包厢后，只见里面早已坐了4个人，其中一名50岁左右的中年男子自称是青秀区刘圩镇人，另3人是他的友仔。大家一边吃菜、喝酒，一边谈刮松木油的事。
, Q( f4 F, x9 v+ ?# @ 饭后，一行人转至仙葫大道一酒楼房间继续谈生意。其间，中年男子递给宁某一罐已经开启的红牛饮料，宁某喝了几口。两人谈了约半个小时，基本谈妥后，中年男子提出玩扑克赌钱。宁某推说自己没有带钱，对方表示可以借钱给他。

赌钱的过程中，只要宁某一输完钱，中年男子就会“主动”借钱给他，赌注也从开始的10元、20元不等，升到了100元。在短短的2个小 时里，宁某一共输掉1.5万元。这时，中年男子要求宁某第二天就得还钱。宁某在迷糊中又答应了对方。5 c- `* x# m' D. G0 U' v. p
回到家后，宁某向儿子要钱还债不果，还推打了儿子。等宁某洗了一个澡后，清醒过来，才感觉不对劲：那名刘圩镇的男子为什么主动找事给他做，又请他吃饭？自己平时不喜欢赌钱，而且也没有打过孩子，宁某感觉自己当天的行为有些异常，于是他就跟家人把整件事的经过说了一遍，家人猜测他可能被人下药迷惑住了。宁某赶紧报警。
* |2 U/ m8 C; J; S% Y( r 4月22日上午9时，民警在某宾馆内将樊某等4人抓获，并从他们身上搜出一瓶还没用完的迷药及另一瓶已用完的迷药空瓶。

嫌疑人樊某、罗某等4人是在DC赌钱时认识的。在樊某的提议下，众人决定购买迷药来诈骗别人赌钱。
o* F& l% N9 r _$ s; U5 b( L 4月19日，他们花1500元买了3瓶迷药。21日12时许，樊某打电话骗来宁某。吃饭时偷偷将一部分迷药倒入啤酒瓶内给宁某喝。) n- s: `+ L. H: ]4 p% b% E. Q& z3 u
途中宁某说什么都不赌了，4人认为可能是迷药药效过了，于是再次在一罐红牛饮料中下迷药。宁某喝完“加料”的红牛后，情绪变得兴奋起来，4人借此鼓动他继续赌钱。8 M* ~& J& d7 f
樊某还交代，趁宁某迷糊的时候，4人反反复复把钱拿来借给他赌，实际上4人加起来的钱才有4000元左右。4月19日那天，为了试下迷药的效果，他们还用相同的手段，成功诈骗一名司机的15000元。诈回来的钱已经被他们用于DB挥霍一空。4月24日，樊某等4人被刑事拘留。 |

这种下药的手法早就过时了,98年的时候这种药要1000元一包,其实成本才几块钱,就是迷幻药,让人的脑袋短路了,什么都不会想,只知道按人家说什么就做什么. |
