没想到，彩票离手后却不知为何落入朱某手里。得知情况后，刘某向朱某追索彩票，被拒绝。第二天上午，刘某再次找王某交涉时，得知朱某已安排家人到合肥将彩票兑奖了。

而刘某表示，他已将搜集来的证据递交给警方了，坚信会有一个公正的结果。
