男子沉迷网络Dubo诈骗亲婶60万获有期徒刑

39岁的李某沉迷Dubo网站输了很多钱，为了把钱赢回来，他虚构高息存款等事实，多次诈骗其四婶共计60余万元。记者今天获悉，丰台法院以诈骗罪判处李某有期徒刑11年6个月，并处罚金1.2万元。
$ H. _/ [% I2 }+ | 李某是一名银行员工，他在游戏厅认识了张海(化名)，张海教李某如何在Dubo网站上赢钱，而李某下了几次注，输掉了很多钱。李某想起了四婶以他的名义在银行存了10万元钱，便把钱取出来用于Dubo，全都输光了。李某又想起四婶家因为拆迁分了一些钱，便想把钱骗来再赌。后李某虚构帮助四婶购买理财产品、高息存款的事实，多次诈骗四婶共计60余万元。

李某的四婶由女儿和女婿陪着旁听了庭审，李某的父母也旁听了案件的审理。庭审结束后，李某的父母提出想见儿子一面，儿子刚被带回法庭，四婶就冲了上去，试图打李某。李某的父亲一直眼含泪水看着儿子，而李某咬着嘴唇一句话也没说。: @5 L0 B' k1 V1 P) T/ G4 A
法院经审理认为，李某以非法占有为目的，虚构事实骗取他人财物，数额特别巨大，其行为已构成诈骗罪。 |
