廉政会议本是为预防腐败而开的，奈何王思飞之流根本不把廉政会议放在眼里，连去都不去，去了也不会听，听了也不会记得，记得也不会在乎，在乎也未必可靠，因为诱惑在前、权力在握，一些官员很容易就把持不住了。可以说，对王思飞之流，预防腐败不在于开了多少次廉政会议，不在于收到了多少条廉政短信，不在于签了多少份责任书，最重要的在于规范权力的运作。
9 R" ?! s$ t; s5 b. g 王思飞收受贿赂的途径，主要来自“职务之便”，比如决定哪家厂是教育局的定点企业，校服面料用谁的，教育系统电脑主板由何人提供等等，这样的“职务之便”是令人惊诧的——官员利用“职务之便”贪腐堕落，这是一直存在的啊，为何“职务之便”始终还是那么“方便”？有权力就可以拍板，问题当然出在权力身上，这就反过来说明，不能再让权力拍太多的板了。拿教育系统的定点企业、校服面料之类来说，让校委会拍板，让家长委员会拍板，让程序自然而然拍板，让市场竞争水到渠成拍板，都比让权力拍板更令人放心, |
