福州市公安边防部门5日在此间向记者透露，福建省连江县公安、边防精心组织开展打击组织DB违法犯罪活动专项行动，经过两个多月调查，成功摧毁一个用香港“6HC”开奖号码进行DB活动的特大犯罪团伙，涉案金额达2300多万元人民币。 [table]4 R; T. R& S' y: ?' R. Z

在此案中，警方抓获20名违法犯罪人员，收缴用DB电脑10台，现金18万多元，存折126本、银行卡250张、传真机16台，用于收押注的手机46部以及大量的“6HC”宣传资料。6 |, f4 J1 T# d
据介绍，今年8月10日，连江县公安局接到群众反映，获悉连江敖江镇幕浦村的余美玉等人利用“6HC”进行DB违法活动，数额巨大，人数众多。随即，警方展开初步调查，发现了敖江幕浦最大的“6HC”庄家之一，其下线小庄家人数众多，小庄家收取“6HC”彩民下注后向余某玉、陈某金和余某香投注，后向李某朱投注。
* a; K) j, D/ Z( V- z2 E x& ^ 由于案情重大，涉及面广，警方成立专案组开展调查。经过两个月的内查外调，查明余某玉下家众多，收注手机有十几部，雇请专门为其接电话和登记，涉及连江城关和敖江幕浦村等地大小庄家20余人，每期收注小的数十万元，多的上百万元。
- {, T) U, M9 j5 B* V+ X! [ 在广泛收集大量证据线索的基础上，以李某珠、陈某金、余某玉为首的特大“6HC”DB犯罪团伙浮出水面。考虑到参与“6HC”DB人员较多，20名庄家、彩头被确定为重点打击对象。为了一网打尽“6HC”头目，警方抽调民警和边防武警200人分成20个抓捕小组和增援组，实施抓捕行动。
' A, b7 P3 |3 t 11月2日凌晨1时30分，20个抓捕组急驰福州、连江城关及敖江幕浦等地区各个抓捕点，相继将李某珠等20名“6HC”头目一一抓捕归案。目前，李某珠等15名犯罪嫌疑人已被刑事拘留，其他5名违法犯罪人员予以取保候审等处理。 |
