聂某隔三岔五地刮着公司代理的体彩和福彩的即开型彩票，一心盼望着中大奖，好弥补被自己挪用的公司资金。$ u* C j a" i9 Y7 y4 Q
6 b/ m Z& o& A 26岁的聂某是临沧人，出生于农村家庭，自初中毕业后便随其父来昆打工，至今已有近10年时间，是一典型的“民二代”。2009年4月，聂某来到云南某体育用品有限公司打工，并担任该公司的业务员兼会计。- N( D' ]0 O$ f, ^; ^$ ~* z
* _$ Y5 W* m! Z. m1 T( @
由于聂某是“民二代”，城市中多姿多彩的生活让他慢慢产生了虚荣心，纯朴的他开始慢慢追求名牌，出入高档场所吃饭消遣。2009年8月，聂某的薪水每月为1000多元，此时，工资难以为他的虚荣心买单。由于聂某所在的公司负责体彩和福彩的即开型彩票代理和销售，于是，聂某利用职务之便，开始篡改相关财务数据。

一开始，聂某仅挪用几百上千元，随着开销增大，他慢慢挪用的资金也随之增多，直到今年3月，聂某发现自己已经挪用了公司的太多钱，已无力偿还，于是他急中生智，干脆刮起了公司代理的体彩和福彩的即开型彩票，希望中大奖，拿奖金去弥补公司的财务漏洞。一个月的时间，聂某前后刮了共计4万余元的即开型彩票，但并没有如其所愿中奖。

一个月后，公司负责人发现了公司大额的财务漏洞，并查实了聂某的挪用行为，于是到派出所报了警。据五华公安分局经侦大队二中队民警介绍，经审后发现聂某自2009年8月至今年4月，挪用其所在公司资金以及即开型彩票共计204000元，所有资金均被其用来挥霍。目前，由于聂某无力偿还欠款，已被其所在公司起诉，聂某将承担相应的刑事责任和民事责任。 |
